ORLANDO, Fla. -- Pardon the choice of words, but the imagery is of their own making. For Golfweek magazine, the noose tightened on Thursday. One day after the controversial cover artwork on Golfweek became the hottest topic in golf, a top PGA Tour official said that some of its advertising scheduled to run in the publication might be pulled. This week's cover image on the magazine is a hangman's noose, a provocative reference to the live comments uttered on the air Jan. 4 by Golf Channel broadcaster Kelly Tilghman, which caused a firestorm in golf circles. Already this week, PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finchem and PGA of America CEO Joe Steranka have expressed either disappointment or outrage at the decision to feature such a controversial and racially sensitive image on one of the game's largest publications.

But as far as the NFL is concerned, the storm that blew across the Dakotas and into the Great Lakes region Friday night should provide Championship Game Sunday with plenty of rollercoaster-like thrills and spills.

Though battles between news anchors have historically been between rival networks, today's ripest feud is a purely CBS affair: Katie vs. Dan.The rivalry took a humorous turn Thursday when a video was posted on the Web showing Katie Couric mocking Dan Rather while preparing to anchor a broadcast from Nashville, Tenn., last week.While her CBS crew prepared for the Nov. 8 evening broadcast and makeup was applied to her, Couric mocked Rather. A video of Rather surfaced last month, showing the former "CBS Evening News" anchor obsessing over his appearance before a remote broadcast - particularly questioning the wearing of an overcoat."I'm going to be like Dan Rather on YouTube," joked Couric, alluding to Rather by fiddling with her coat. Prison worker took drugs into jail
She was stopped and searched on October 23, 2006, when a sniffer dog showed an interest in the bag she was carrying. Heroin and cannabis with an estimated value of £21,000 was found inside a coffee jar. The court was told that rumours about Powell’s relationship with an inmate were circulating in the prison. She said she took the drugs into the jail because she had received a letter threatening exposure. Simon Drew, for the defence, said that Powell was full of remorse and shame for "this single incident". .

Mario, clinging to the edges, gets taken into space and given the boot.When he awakens, Mario is in the presence of Princess Roselina, the guardian of the gate to the heavens, who wants Mario to recover the stars that Bowser stole to pull off his Peach heist. She grants him some star powers of his own to do it.Personally, I think Mario would be better off with Roselina than Peach; at least she isn't constantly getting kidnapped.Anyway, what follows is a game so full of originality and fantastic level design that players will be hard-pressed to find a platformer that does it better.Each galaxy Mario visits is unique, and each planet within each galaxy is different than the one before it.By planet, I mean semi-large spheres.
